This splendid “frateria” dated back to 1600 is located in Tuscany's uncontaminated nature, surrounded by the Florence hills. It was completely restored in 2003, maintaining all the original elements of that historical period with special attention to details.
The property of 180 square meters spreads on different levels, consisting of a living room, with cotto tile floor, and fireplace (each one dated back 1600), a dining room, and a kitchen. On the lower level we find another kitchen with a little wood oven and a basement room. The upper floor is made up of a study, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The property is completed by a garden of 2,600 square meters created by a landscape architect, alumnus of Porcinai, in which we can find more than 5,000 different kinds of plants with tall and short trees. A really wonderful property to discover.
